  • Job Description :

  • Manage and monitor all installed computer systems and infrastructure
  • Resolve IT incidents, service requests using IT ticketing tool, ticket handling workflows based on defined SLA’s
  • Install, configure, test and maintain user machines (laptops, desktops and workstations) with required software tools as per standard operating environment
  • Provide technical solutions to problems related to system hardware, software, mobile devices and network infrastructure
  • Support end users remotely using remote support tools
  • User privilege access management
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Problem solving techniques, liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Diagnose and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Data backup on tape autoloaders using backup software tools
  • Computer security and understanding about various computer/network security tools
  • Good understanding about various Windows client operating systems, MS Office tools and its functionalities
  • Knowledge on LAN, WAN and its functionality
  • Understanding about various storage systems and its functionality
  • Willing to work on shift system
  • Stay up to date with latest technologies and best practices

  Skills & Experience

  Analytical Skills, computer hardware exoerience, IT Installations, Strong communication skills both written and verbal, system engineer, Windows 10 Operating System
